A novel formulation of the blockbuster breast cancer drug Herceptin. Played a pivotal role in the cross-functional team that devised and executed the national sales, marketing, medical and reimbursement strategy. Spearheaded the formation of a national advisory board of breast cancer Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and orchestrated a series of highly successful launch meetings. This coordinated effort resulted in the most successful product launch in Roche’s history in terms of sales uptake.
